Vendor Terms
Vendor Terms set out the obligations of any business selling through the HalalKart marketplace.
1. Onboarding & Verification
Vendors must complete HalalKart's 5-step verification process, including submission of valid halal certification, before listings go live.
2. Commission & Payouts
HalalKart charges a commission on each completed sale, disclosed at onboarding. Payouts are issued on a recurring schedule to the vendor's registered bank account.
3. Compliance
Vendors must maintain valid halal certification for the duration of their listing and promptly notify HalalKart of any lapse or change in certification status.
