Marketplace Policies
Marketplace Policies define the operating standards every vendor and customer on HalalKart is expected to follow.
1. Product Listings
Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and halal certification documentation for every listed product. Misrepresentation may result in listing removal.
2. Fulfillment Standards
Vendors are required to fulfill confirmed orders within the delivery window shown at checkout, or communicate delays promptly through the platform.
3. Prohibited Items
Products that are not halal-certified where certification is required, counterfeit goods, and items prohibited under Canadian law may not be listed on the marketplace.
