These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HalalKart marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Marketplace Role
HalalKart operates as a marketplace connecting Canadian customers with independent, verified halal vendors. Product listings, pricing, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the vendor unless otherwise stated.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.
